CRI’s Main Problem:
With the large volume of work and multiple resources that touch each job, CRI was looking for a system that would manage internal technicians and subcontractors, unify all systems in use and integrate to accounting.
Fieldpoint as the solution
Fieldpoint was selected for its ability to specifically integrate with external workforce management systems, to hire and manage subcontractors for installations and repairs, and to manage the workflow process of creating work orders, getting them to the workforce management system and then through to billing. The implementation of Fieldpoint drastically sped up the work order process, while eliminating the amount of double- and triple-entries of data that was required. This has helped with seamless operations, a strong connection between the back office and field staff and more customer satisfaction.
