With the large volume of work and multiple resources that touch each job, CRI was looking for a system that would manage internal technicians and subcontractors, unify all systems in use and integrate to accounting.
Fieldpoint as the solution

This has helped with seamless operations, a strong connection between the back office and field staff and more customer satisfaction.
