McCue Implements Fieldpoint Field Service Management Addon With Microsoft Dynamics GP

McCue Chose Fieldpoint’s Project Management Software to Help Them Integrate Customer Installations to their Microsoft Dynamics GP System.

In 2010 McCue updated and launched a full range of products in the parking lot, sales area, and back room. To prepare for this customer expansion the UK office decided it needed to up its game and integrate business data between its sales and service departments. Over the years McCue had put together a sophisticated business management system using estimating systems and Microsoft Dynamics GP for project and financial management. It was a  great environment, but it still required some re-keying of duplicate information. To help solve this, McCue chose Fieldpoint’s project management software and field service system to enable them to integrate customer installations to their Microsoft Dynamics GP system.

Now when a new customer estimate is required, the sales-administration team uploads the electronic spreadsheet to Fieldpoint’s field service software. The new project software now automatically creates the product list for items to be pulled from inventory or to be purchased. Any last minute changes are tracked through revision control, and the customer project is scheduled and executed by Fieldpoint as well.  This standard integration to Microsoft Dynamics GP – including inventory, purchasing, and billing – is reducing  McCue’s data entry efforts and streamlining their business processes.
