Inventory is also seen in real-time in the Fieldpoint software, with the real number of parts available shown in the field service software, brought over from the NetSuite system. Should a part not be in stock, that part can be claimed in the Fieldpoint software, while in NetSuite, a purchase order is created and attached to the sales order to fulfill the demand needed to complete the job.
Upon completion of the work in the field, the invoice is created quickly as soon as a signature is captured and the work order is finalized, making it possible to have invoices sent to your customers instantly, depending on the level of review you require.
