When you implement Fieldpoint’s field service management software, you’re not just getting a standalone application that can improve your field service delivery, or a mobile field service app to empower your technicians in the field, project, and job costing features. Nor are you only getting preventative maintenance schedules and a robust work order management system. You’re also getting a complete end-to-end solution when you use our built-in integration with CRM, ERP and accounting systems, such as NetSuite.

With Fieldpoint’s integration with NetSuite, you’ll enjoy a completely connected, all-inclusive approach to field service delivery. Your field service management software and accounting system will be completely synchronized, eliminating duplicate entry of data, while streamlining your billing, purchasing, and inventory.

All-in-one approach to field service management

The level of synchronization built into the integration means that when your work order is created in your Fieldpoint field service management software, an adjoining sales order is automatically created in NetSuite. Whether it’s a break/fix repair or a work order created from a contract or project, the sales order is generated and connected. Any items attached to the field service software, such as parts, equipment, and labor time, will show up as line items on the sales order for a complete and accurate invoice for your customers.

Inventory is also seen in real-time in the Fieldpoint software, with the exact number of parts available shown in the field service software, brought over from the NetSuite system. Should a part not be in stock, that part can be claimed in the Fieldpoint software. While in NetSuite, a purchase order is created and attached to the sales order to fulfill the demand needed to complete the job.

Upon completion of the work in the field, the invoice is created as soon as a signature is captured and the work order is finalized. This makes it possible to have invoices sent to your customers instantly, depending on the level of review you require.

 NetSuite integration reduces data entry

With the integration to NetSuite’s CRM system, Fieldpoint users will save time on data entry of customer profile information, assets, employee information, inventory, and vendors. That information is automatically populated in the Fieldpoint field service software. This drastically reduces errors, as information updated in either system automatically updates in the other system, so there is no need to enter the same data twice. That’s critical when adding new customers, addresses, billing details, and inventory information, so that it remains accurate for everyone in the organization, from accounting to the service department.

Access to a full end-to-end field service solution

Whether in the office or utilizing the Fieldpoint mobile app in the field, technicians, dispatchers, and managers can access NetSuite from the field. They have the ability to check inventory levels, add line items to the sales orders, and give accurate quotes and pricing to customers; the integration offers a full-service delivery solution that empowers your technicians with the capabilities of their field service management software and their accounting and CRM solution.

Fieldpoint developed their integration with NetSuite to be a full-service solution to not only connect all aspects of the organization together, but give everyone involved greater insight and greater access to information wherever they are.
