Alert Stratus supports full Preventive Maintenance (PM) creation, scheduling and completion functionality which is built for field service-related organizations.

After you have run the PM Scheduler, you will need to run periodic PM Batches so the system can create each of the PM Activities as assigned Cases to the appropriate field resource(s).  The purpose of the PM Batching process is to only create the specific quantity of PM Cases that you specify.  This keeps your Active Cases view tidy and prevents it from getting bogged down with a potentially overwhelming quantity of Open Cases.
